U-Loo

The U-Loo

Restroom facilities were not incorporated into the Sound Transit light rail stations in the City of Seattle.* Because there remains an urgent need for public access to restroom facilities in the U District, the community has successfully advocated for the placement of a 'Portland Loo' less than two blocks from the station entrance.

* The City of Lynnwood required all stations within its city limits to include restroom facilities and Sound Transit agreed.
